What we collect. Your email address; the keywords, agencies and deadline preferences you set; a record of which opportunities we have already sent you so we do not repeat them; and, for paid accounts, a Stripe customer identifier.
What we do not collect. No card details: Stripe handles payment and we never receive card numbers. No advertising cookies and no tracking pixels in our emails.
Why we hold it. Solely to send the digests you asked for and to run billing.
Who we share it with. Only the processors that make the service work: Cloudflare (hosting, database and privacy-friendly analytics), Resend (email delivery) and Stripe (payments). Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long. Until you unsubscribe, plus 90 days, after which your record is deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights. View or change your data any time via your settings link; unsubscribe in one click; request full deletion by email and we will action it within 30 days.
