Cancelling. Cancel any time from the billing link at the bottom of any digest, or from your settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. No phone call and no email required.
Refunds. We do not refund partial months. When you cancel you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period, then move to the free weekly digest.
Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full. Email us and we will sort it out.
EU and UK customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts, which applies in addition to the above.
Downgrades never delete your data. You stay on the free weekly digest unless you unsubscribe.
