GrantPing

Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

1. What GrantPing is. GrantPing emails you digests of federal funding opportunities gathered from public government sources and filtered to keywords you choose. It is an alerting service. It is not a grant-writing, advisory, or application service.

2. No guarantee of completeness or accuracy. We collect from public sources. We do not guarantee that every relevant opportunity is found, that listings are current, or that any deadline shown is correct. Always verify details with the issuing agency before relying on them. You are responsible for your own applications and deadlines.

3. Not affiliated with any government agency. GrantPing is independent and is not endorsed by or connected to Grants.gov, NIH, NSF, or any federal body.

4. Your account. You are identified by the email address you sign up with. Keep your settings link private: anyone who has it can change your preferences or unsubscribe you.

5. Plans and billing. The weekly digest is free. The Pro plan is $15 per month, billed monthly in advance, and renews automatically until cancelled. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

6. Cancelling. You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro until then and are not charged again. See the Refund Policy.

7. Price changes. We will give at least 30 days notice by email before any price change. Continuing after that date means you accept the new price.

8. Acceptable use. Do not resell or redistribute the digests, scrape the service, or sign up addresses that are not yours.

9. Ending service. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any unused paid period.

10. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrantPing is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for missed funding, missed deadlines, or lost opportunities.

11. Governing law. The laws of the state in which the operator resides.
